The only exception is if the digital file is damaged. The link to downloading the digital product is, upon purchase, automatically delivered to the customer's specified email address by the WIX web platform. Goddess of Light healing is not responsible for shortcomings in the customer's email client or any shortcomings in the WIX web platform´s capacity to deliver the link to the customer´s email. The cancellation policy applies to sessions and events. To get a refund, you cancel or reschedule the event or session at least 24 hours before the event or session's start time. If the event or session is not canceled, no refund is available.
