⚠️ IMPORTANT: EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Please note that the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the following, in accordance with the terms agreed to at checkout:

• Sessions & Events (24-Hour Policy): You waived your right of withdrawal for these services when you agreed to let the service commence during the withdrawal period. Therefore, sessions or events must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the start time to be eligible for a refund. No refunds are available for requests made less than 24 hours before the event.

• Digital Products (No Returns/Refunds): Digital content delivered instantly after purchase is a complete exception to the right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase, you explicitly consented to immediate delivery and agreed to waive your right to returns and refunds.
